Appeal was founded in 2009 after I traveled to St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where beautiful and affordable handmade jewelry is sold on practically every corner. I soon began to appreciate the art of handmade jewelry myself, finding inspiration everywhere around me. I made jewelry to match every outfit, every dress, every pair of shoes I own. Soon I was receiving many compliments on the pieces I designed, and friends and family began asking me to create special pieces for their own collection.It wasn't long before I opened up my own boutique to pursue my passion.
